I'm the OP for this bug. I tried deleting all Control Surfaces and that fixes the Clips Crash© in anything after 11.2.

In post 11.2 versions, adding a CS and tracks and then switching to clips causes the Clips Crash©. It looks like the common factor is Intel based Mac Pros. - Winslow

Strange: suddenly my Wave Arts (ver. 5) plugs have no GUI: just a blank black window. They work fine otherwise: I can pull up presets, but nothing else is visible. No sliders, buttons, etc. Ideas?

This is still driving me nuts. I spent an hour with Travis at MOTU on this recently. He remotely commanded my machine and confirmed this weird bug. Weird MAJOR bug, that is, with zero help from MOTU. It turns out that DP11 (any version) isn't sending MIDI "rewind" messages to half my gear....

I'm looking to upgrade the internal 1TB SATA HD in my 2012 Mac Pro (5,1 running Mojave) to a SSD drive. Ideally, I'd like to clone the current drive (my booter) to the new drive. Any advice/pointers appreciated. - Winslow
