so basically the 828 caannot be hooked up to a outbord wordclock?

So, this question might be obvious (I wouldn't know). I am wondering if it is possible to connect 2 motu 828 MK1s to the Black lion Audio Microclock? I see no BNC port on the back of the motus, just spdif, lightpipe, and aes/ebu. I have heard good reviews about this master clock, and i cant afford t...

i back up my data now, but this is old stuff, and it died quite a while ago and i just left it alone cause i was stumped

i dont think this is a matter of slave and master ... as i have tested Slave, Master, Cable select, etc.

Also it is a 40GB drive, i have put a 80 gig seagate drive in both comps and it worked flawlessly.

So.... I still dont know whats wrong with the damned thing!!! Grrrrrrr

I've been trying to get some important videos and pictures off of a hard drive that is simply unresponsive. It is a ExcelStor J240 ATA100 drive. i still have the original 828's, and i imagine i will for quite a while.

I have noticed huge upgrades by improving what goes into it, but what comes out sounds slightly dead and tinny.

Eventually i will have to go for an apogee or something that can really take me up there.

what settings would you try on vintage warmer?
