FastLane Pocket PC Driver

Hi,
I am new here and admittedly not an Mac user. (sorry) None the less, I have written a simple application in VB6 that uses Mabry's MIDI OCX. It receives MIDI commands and passes thru everything but program changes. You can save up to 40 presets to store instruments, channels & patches which are transmit either by mouse click or program change input into the computer.
I use a Roland MIDI pedal with my bass rig to augment key parts & send the program changes to the several MIDI processors in my rack.
Here's the question/request. I am looking for a Pocket PC driver for the Fastlane USB. I would like to port my program to Windows CE and have a much smaller device than a damn laptop on top of my stuff. I have found a Pocket PC Smartcard USB device. www.twin-paradox.com All I need is the driver to finish the project. Any help?
