Once upon a time, capturing AV in one pass was easy. On the Mac, a $12 license for QuickTime 6 Pro was all you needed. When QT 10 came out, move QT6P to the Utilities folder and you were still good… until Catalina, that is.
Since then, I've been looking for a one pass solution that worked and was easy. I settled on Roxio's Live Screen Caprure (bundled w/ Toast) but had to monkey around with aggregate devices so that I could hear what I was recording, then change Preferences/sound when I wanted to play back. I didn't like that but it worked — until Apple depreciated Soundflower completely in Sonoma 14.4. I can still record video but no more audio. Heck, I can do that in QT and turn on the microphone.
Audio-Hijack can record internet audio but not video. I wasn't looking forward to creating another aggregate device to integrate it with QT or Live Screen so I went searching...
I tried Wondershare a long time ago and found it wanting but what the heck, so I downloaded the latest version. It's available for Mac and Windows.

Ok, after going through the usual Security settings, I could get it to record PC Audio as they call it along with video. I had to walk through a video before I could create/log into my account and agree to purchase or allow a watermark before it would let me export... more steps but ok, I guess... Only then did they finally show the pricing, $40 annual subscription or $80 one time purchase — for a mediocre AV app? Not in the mood but if it did what I wanted, ok...
Then I made a discovery:
During the Record process, it had already done exactly what I wanted and made an mp4 — unwatermarked with audio intact. I can drop it into Premiere Elements, FinalCut Pro, iMovie or, if just exporting the audio, double-click and it opens in QuickTime where I can select Export Audio to wherever I like.
It's cross-platform so I don't know where these folders will be found but here are the Defaults for the Mac:
The screen recordings are found in Users/(user name)/Movies/Recorded
Since there is no possibility that I will ever edit video in this, I'm fine with knowing where the recordings are stashed. I could allow it to export with a watermark but that's more steps to create files that I will never use.

Re: How to capture Video with Audio over the internet in one pass with Wondershare for Free
A practical example.
A couple weeks ago, I conducted the Summer Choir at my church. When I went to view the YouTube, I was not happy. The sound guy did not try to balance the piano mic (inside the piano) with the overheads and the result was this excerpt that I captured with Wondershare.
So, using that same file, I exported the Audio as m4a and used a rebalance tool to extract the Vocal (choir) and Other (piano), exporting the stems as separate .wav files. Neither sounded very good on their own but the Vocal combined with the original Audio gave me what I heard while waving my arm.
Opening DP, I imported the Vocal and the original Audio track. By EQing the Vocal, I found my men's voices (including mine on that double Bb). By mixing the result with the Audio, I achieved a much better balance between the choir and piano that I BTD. I then imported the mix and video into Adobe Premiere Elements, my go-to app for church, and did some editing. I kept the starting pitch as it was the only close-up of Mike Touchi on piano — and I couldn't resist using it as a clapper for sync.
I have a few rebalance tools by now but the one I used here was the Music Rebalance module in the stand-alone version of RX 11 Advanced Music Editor. One can select Better and Best quality levels not found in the AU or VST3.
I also have the latest Steinberg — my wife is taking the choir this Sunday so I'll try that one out them.
