Digital Performer and AutoTune Issue

Hey folks,
One of my friends just bought me Autotune and it installed fine. However, when I select the plug-in, I hear a popping in the entire project when I play it back. Any suggestions?

What version of DP and AT are you talking about. Also, how are you applying it? Is it a contigious file or edited into little sound bytes?

I am using DP 4.5 and AT 4. I am mixing a project for a friend who recorded his vocals at home. (I don't know why, he could have recorded them with me!) Thanks

I applied the plug-in to the entire track, I guess I should isolate the bad notes and apply accordingly.
