Is there a program out there that can read my old MSI.dat Symphonic library?

Is there a program out there that can read my old MSI.dat Symphonic library? I have an old 8.45GB DAT file called "MSI.dat" and I was wondering if UVI workstation or UVI Falcon can read it? And if not, did MOTU provide some alternative? I own MOTU's Symphonic plugin but have not looked at it time.
