Use Jog Wheel (MIDI CC) to scroll through Chunks

The jog wheel (Korg NanoKontrol) can either do absolute values 1-127 or different CCs for up and down.

Hoping not to have to go down the MIDIPipe / MIDI stroke rabbit hole to emulate up/down arrows. OR manually enter a specific CC for each chunk (as the list is always changing.)
