Hello everyone and happy new year
I have a problem with my traveler mk3, from one moment to another it stopped working, the sound card is detected by the system so much so that I also updated the firmware thinking I could solve it, but I have no audio output and the clock LED flashing, sometimes after several shutdowns it freezes but still no audio, I hope someone of you has some help with this problem, I'll try this before sending it in for assistance, I'll start by saying that I disassembled it thinking there was the usual capacitor exhausted but at a glance they all seem good, the drivers have been installed and uninstalled several times without any result, but I exclude a drivers problem because with an audio express (same drivers) they work regularly, same tests done on both windows 10 and macos thanks in advance
Traveler mkIII no audio out

Can it be seen by your computer? Have you tried resetting to factory defaults? What OS are you currently using?
