I can open/close tabs in Sequence view, but not in Tracks view

I can open/close tabs in Sequence view, but not in Tracks view

I can open/close folders in Sequence view. And I used to be able to open/close those same folders in Tracks view. But something happened. I can still open/close them in Sequence view, but I can no longer in Track view. ALL tracks are affected.

I also closed down DP and reloaded the project. No change.

I also verified that 'View All' was in effect.

What did I do? What happened?
