MOTU and Preamp

Hi,

I'm using a 2 channel Pendulum stereo preamp, with 2 XLR mic cords going into the MOTU and out to my computer, using Logic. XLR Channels 1 & 2 are turned down to bypass the MOTU preamps.
That's all working.

I also want to plug my guitar, with a 1/4" cord, directly into MOTU and use those preamps.
How do I set that up to use in Logic? Do I do something different with Bus?
