Any one recognize this ear training book?

In my college ear-training class, stapled sheets were handed out from some kind of ear-training or solfege book. I scanned a couple excerpts. In the second example, you have a melodic shape and you are to sing it by applying the given key signatures.

Does anyone know what book these are from?
