Just some ideas...
If you had DP preferences set to "Open last file opened..." (I think you can do that - I never set mine that way) and if that file was somewhere else on the network.... Or maybe some plug-in's data files are stored somewhere it's trying to find? Or a startup clipping file perhaps? Or audio files related to a DP file that DP's trying to find?
You don't mention what led up to this - did it start happening after an upgrade or install, or after changing preferences or just on certain files?Does this happen during DP's startup or after a file is on the screen?
No one cares much about bad english here,:) but give us some more specific information to go on and maybe someone can help you.

Thanks.
In fact, it happens during DP's startup. I tried to move all the plug-in's folder to see if this was to get some dat's file, and the same thing appears.
It happened after I install the new Imac of my wife - and the fact is that one time, I opened a DP session on my computer that was on her computer.
But I have in my DP pref: Startup options: open dialog, number of recent doc: 3 (I've tried to turn it to "1", but the same thing occured)...
Any idea??

Maybe DP keeps track of accessible drives, not the files themselves, and your logging into her machine registered it. So try deleting Favorite Servers from the Finder (Command+[K]) You can add the server back later- just try not to access it from within DP.
BTW, DP works a little better with AppleTalk set to off, which also may prevent the searching for server in the first place. Copy your files to a directly connected hardrive first, turn off Appletalk, then open the copy within DP.
If all else fails, reinstalling DP wouldn't hurt, unless you want spend the time to crawl around in all those folders to find the one file being referenced or is corrupted.
