Reverse Audio Plug-in

Post by sschachner »

Hi,

I'm on version 5.13 of DP and I know there used to be a "Reverse" plug-in in the audio plug-ins list. It is no longer there, and other people have told me they don't have it either. I am assuming MOTU changed this at some point? or moved it somewhere else? Also, in the MAS folder on the hard drive where the files are kept, the 2 that aren't available anymore (Reverse, and Inverse Phase) look like legos where as the others look like plugs and seem to be newer versions.

How do you reverse audio now? preferably a quicker way like it used to be, instead of loading the audio it into a sampler of some sort.

Thanks,
-Sarah

it's still there in 5.13...it's just not where it used to be.

look in the audio pull-down menu...then look in the plug ins folder( right between reverb and ring modulator).

I had exactly the same issue once. i think this remedy may've resolved it.
Try re-installing DP5 then 5.12 then 5.13 in order.
Or maybe just 5.12 and then 5.13.
Good luck.

yea, in that pulldown menuu, there is nothing between Reverb and ring modulator, it's just gone.

I guess re-installing is the last resort.......don't I have to uninstall though first? I don't think i have an option for uninstalling......

thanks for the help!
