Mac OS10.5.6: Anyone else updated yet?

Post by Renaissance Man »

Every time Apple releases an OS update I update my MDD PPC and Intel Macs in hopes of things improving a bit (still waiting for DP6.2). I just installed OS10.5.6 with no apparent problems on either machine. Any other takers out there in MOTUland?

I haven't done it yet, but I think using the Combo Update will help a lot.

Did the combo update last night on my MacBook Pro and it all seems to be running very smooth. DP6.01 with Kontakt 3 and some Audio Ease plugins.

I suppose the real question is, did the update have any measurable change for the better?
I guess that feeling of being "more secure" will have to suffice.
Frodo- thanks for the point to the earlier thread. Lots of good info there.
