Error executing MSi.exe

I've just installed my MSi ( Version 1.1.3). When I start the program, an ERROR message appears; it says " MOTU symphonic Instrument.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". It gives me 3 options : Debug, Send Error Report & Don't Send.

When I Click Debug, and execute the MSi again, the program starts but it doesn't get the MIDI inputs I select for every bank, so it doesn't receive MIDI Information. Could you help me?
