Lame framework is a life saver

Post by RhythmRmixd »

I know this topic has been around the block and back more than once, but my incredibly nagging consistent problem with DP4.5 crashing on quit seemed to be completely, single-handedly resolved by installing Lame framework 1.0.2 from version tracker.com. The only steps I had taken prior to that was deleting I-sight plug in. Not one crash (knock on wood) since I installed LAME. It's good to know I don't have to be forced into updating to the highly controversial 4.52.

Interesting.....
I have that same problem I try to quit DP4 and it crashes.

I'm using 4.52 now. I'll try downloading this LAME 1.0.2 and see what happens.

When you download this, where do you put it exactly?

It does not give you the option of installing it.

Thanks
