Starting to like Live Performance Mode

Post by James Steele »

Hmmm... okay... so I don't do huge orchestral mockups and perhaps that's a good thing because... I'm seriously considering just running DP in Live Performance mode often... like most of the time. Reason being is if I'm mixing, especially it seems when I have VIs in a project that have not been committed to audio, it bugs me to make an adjustment on a fader on my S3 and not hear a change immediately. The track needs to switch out of pregen into realtime or whatever so it's laggy. Move a fader... wait for a change.

Anyway... just my 2 cents. I like hearing the change immediately when I move a fader.
