Determining a key binding

In the commands window you can search for a text command — e.g. 'Paste Repeat Multiple'.
But how do you search to see what — if anything — is assigned to, say, cmd + opt + 'Z'?

This is a sloppy workaround. You can choose an easy to find command that is unassigned, and assign those key-strokes. A window should pop up saying if and to what that key-combination is assigned to. If nothing pops up, I would expect it's available, but I'm not sure if there are other caveats for Windows. On a Mac system, there are system-wide key-combinations as well, which have to be worked around in DP.
