Apparently some key commands use the 'Win' key, e.g. Win+G to toggle grid snap.
I would presume 'Win' is the 'WIndows key' but that's not working. (Other key commands not using 'Win' work fine.)

That's the Windows shortcut for the Game Bar. I think you can still disable it in Windows 10 - search. You can also configure a different key combo in Game Bar Options or use something else for DP in Commands.

I was able to disable it in Settings | Gaming, but a machine reboot seemed necessary for it to take effect.
