Activating, Reedem. :( GRRRR

Hello guys.
i bought Ethno Instrument 2 now. NEW UNOPENED!
How does this activating Reedem thing works?..
i can Only find Serial nr inside box. i have also registered this in MOTU.com.
i cant find that 30 digit code that ilok Program wants.
and No response from MOTU for 3 days..
just let me know how you guys got that •••• to work.
if it was inside box, then i have to return this to Shop.
thank you. plis answer fast. kind a midde of a project.
