Re: Motunation Collaboration Participation Invitation
Based on feedback and a feeling that my ideas on this project are not in line with some of the participants, I respectfully decline from any further involvement.
Have fun & good luck!

Re: Motunation Collaboration Participation Invitation
I thought a collaboration would be a good experiment, as well as a fun experience, but from the limited response and lack of direction, which is probably my fault, I've decided there's a faster alternative to doing something like this. As I mentioned in the first post of this thread, the Womb forum has been putting together collaborations for the past 7 years.
In previous years a couple of WOMB forum members have asked me to participate in their CAPE collaborations, but I never felt comfortable with the sounds I was able to get from my V-Drums, which is all I had to work with at the time. Now that I have some really good VIs, I've decided to sign up. They already have everything organized, including various agreements like the one that MLC suggested for us, and it doesn't require starting from scratch. If anyone wants to join me, here's the link with all of the information:

Having said that, I'm still interested in pursuing a collaboration through Motunation, either with those members who showed some interest, or with anyone else who needs drum tracks. While waiting, I thought I'd see how they do it somewhere else.

Hey Ron,
I think you had a great response. More than enough good people to work with and I hope they will emerge in my absence from the project to continue.

Yeah, I think it's a good idea too... that's why I opted in... just don't have time or bandwidth to host it or get involved in organisation.
Of course, having opted in, MLC now knows my real name

Lots of stuff and a recently acquired ability to stop buying

Seriously, I've deleted all PMs in regard to this project. Not to worry.
