Having same automation probs! I often redo them and sometimes the commands stick even after stopping and starting, but it's intermittent and frustrating and a mixing deal breaker. Did this get fixed on 10.13 I wonder?
iMac 27" Retna 4GHz, Apollo 8 w/Satellite, NI K-88 controller, plus a ton of VI's.

Hi!

Anyone ever found a workaround for this issue, it still exists in 11.33. It's driving me insane!
