Yeah... and no mouse weirdness I assume? I'm using a logictech mouse and the SteerMouse driver and that might be what my issue is.

Mouse seems fine... a Logitech MXMaster2. No SteerMouse here, though.

Anyone have problems with iOS camera continuity? In my case, it works incredibly poorly. It connected perfectly the first time I tried it, and fails about 9 times out of ten every other time I try. It seems to be very finicky about the position and angle of the iPhone. A cursory web search indicated that I am not alone.

Update on my mouse problem. I feel stupid for saying this, but it appears it was a case of the little wireless USB receiver that goes with the mouse not getting enough power perhaps. I had recently got a new MacAlly backlit keyboard and it didn't have any USB ports on it. The Apple keyboards let you attach a mouse or other devices and that's where I had the Logictech wireless receiver. So I moved the receiver to a passive USB hub connected to my Mac Studio which is behind my monitor and it appears there was enough of a power drop or fluctuation to make the mouse behave oddly.

I tried putting the Logitech wireless receiver dongle on a port on one of my Time Machine external backup drives... that was a little better, but still not as it should be. I ended up moving it to a powered up beneath my desk and so far seems like that may have solved it, so it's very likely I'd say that Ventura 13.4 had nothing to do with my mouse issues.

Anyone using Stage Manager? After messing with it for a couple of days I can't figure out what it's good for. I use spaces and switch applications using ⌘-tab or two-finger mouse taps. Any tips? Am I missing something?

I’ve not looked at it. Here’s the Apple bulletin on Stage Manager.
