Imagine the knowing looks of respect you would get rocking up to music executive meeting toting one of these beauties on your shoulder?????
Mike did you ever have one of these or see one? What a thing of beauty...I'd love to get one.

....now I really want the Tshirt and the bag..
Same here. My retirement came a couple years early, thanks to Covid-19. Still, we did okay.
Pretty sad situation. I was talking to a friend of mine about this the other night. I was the pessimistic one. Guys like John Williams and Hans Zimmer (yeah... I know)... are going to be just fine, but opportunities at the lower entry-level for corporate/industrial or local market TV ads will evaporate. It was already bad. Decades ago I wanted to get my feet wet in doing original music for local 30 second TV ads. When a guy I knew who had a small local production agency wanted to pay me $50 (... cause he knew a guy who once did that for him... and conditions were little/no revisions... I'm laughing as I type this)... I was over it. I told him no offense but I wouldn't walk into my studio and power up the gear for $50. Thanks but no thanks.
