Re: AUDIO FILES FROM ONE PROJECT SAVING INTO ANOTHER

I checked my sound bite location and it is set to copy audio to project folder: Always copy imported audio to project audio folder.... I have two other options ....only when file is not a playable file format....... and ..........never........ I wonder if those should be selected instead.

All the new projects that I've created for this recent album I create using a template from the last album I did and the new files are getting saved to the first s...

Re: Harp Miking Thread

by mhschmieder » Fri Nov 13, 2009 2:37 pm Since you live in Seattle, have you talked to Dusty Strings about miking the harp? They do a magnificent job, and can probably set you up pretty well for under $400 (maybe under $300 -- I'm doing this from memory). I meant to ask earlier if that's where you...

Re: Harp Miking Thread

by Umbrella » Thu Nov 12, 2009 8:23 am I took a harp class at a music camp in the summer of 1991. I was the only guy in the class .. As I remember it, I learned some scales, arpeggios, fingering, etc, and by the end of the summer was able to play a pretty easy piece by Schubert, if I'm not mistaken...

I know that most have never recorded a harp. It is a REALLY hard instrument to record and get a good tone if you don't know wh...
