Re: Go Frankmax!
I can only speak for me, but I actually feel very invigorated after playing, just like exercising. If you have to play for long periods of time without a break, I think your chops (lips, embouchure) can get tired so breaks of a few bars here and there are very helpful for wind players, just to get ...

Thanks! The female vocalist is Tierney Sutton, she's got her own incredible trio that is nominated for a Grammy this year, for her album "Desire". And yeah, we had a lot of horns! Jay Mason, who was doing the low reed chair played piccolo, flute, bass flute, clarinet, english horn, bass c...

Re: Go Frankmax!
The guy who ran the webcast used to work at Wally Heider recording in L.A. and I had several people email me that the sound and video were really good for the webcast, which was great to hear. Yeah, I listened on my studio monitors (Focal Twin6 Be & Sub 6) and it sounded creamy and warm and it ...

Re: Master Fader Intermittent Clipping
If you have MIDI tracks, MIDI tracks don't play back exactly the same way each time. There can be small variances.

Re: Bounce to disk problem
Thanx for the replies!!! I do start my bounce on bar 1!! Okay. Sorry, I thought you were starting it at bar 3. Put some blank audio on one track at bar 1 and maybe that will get it to start bouncing before bar 3. Or move you entire session to a later time. That is, of course, if the repairing permi...

Re: all my looped samples are connected..... HELP!!!
check your sequence view mini menu, the preference is "edge edit copy". I believe once checked you can edit them all as individual soundbites! I had a heck of a time figuring that one out the first time. Yeah, that's it. I always have Edge Edit Copy checked on, but I think you can toggle ...

Re: Audio Glitch Because of Internet?
Try opening the Network Preference Panel and set all network services that you don't use to inactive. Use the 'Make Service Inactive' selection in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the adapters panel. Network services are created for firewire ports, bluetooth, etc. that really aren't needed unles...
