Upgrade from Mojave to Monterey OS
If I upgrade from Mojave to Monterrey, would it affect DP? Do I need to download any drivers or would DP work the same as with Mojave? Anything I should be aware of? I use a 2016 MacBook Pro, MOTU 828x, Universal Audio Apollo x8p, Apollo Twin and Antelope Orion Studio Synergy Core audio interfaces. ...

I have several versions of DP in my downloads folder. Can I delete the older versions without affecting my current files or the latest version of DP which I just downloaded? Thx, Ed

Re: Edit Per Note Event
I use that feature. If you play a wrong note, you can take it out. Or you can add a note. You can also adjust the velocity pressure when programming MIDI drums, keys, etc.... This is helpful cause i don't really play keys. Great tool imho.......

Recording Audio from MIDI tracks
I am using a 3rd party plugin called BFD3 drums. I am able to record MIDI tracks and the drums sound great but I cannot figure out how to convert those tracks to audio. I saw a tutorial on YouTube using Bundles to route the signals in DP but it is very confusing. I'm pretty sure it is a routing issu...

Control Surface
I am just curious to know what control surface the DP community uses in their studio setup. I currently use a Mackie Control surface but would like to go a little higher end. I've looked at the Avid, Yamaha and SSL control surfaces but not sure if it's worth the investment. Thanks in advance, Ed

DAW Controller
I'm wondering if anyone is using a higher end DAW control surface such as an Avid 6 or something along those lines. Currently I am using DP9.5 and an old 8 channel Mackie Control and it works great. I'm just looking for a more high end controller like the Avid or maybe an SSL. Somewhere around $5k/$...

Re: Some Files Crash
They load and you see the Tracks/Mixing Board for a half a second, then it crashes. I also noticed that when DP5 boots and it scrolls thru the plugins, it locks up when it reaches the ProVerb bundle. It just sits there displaying the "beach ball". When I move the ProVerb bundle to the tras...

Some Files Crash
After loading DP5.1, I noticed some files would crash a second or two after opening. I didn't think much of it because they didn't crash running DP5. I've since upgraded to DP7 and the same files still crash. Is it safe to assume that these particular files have been corrupted? I'm being honest when...

OS upgrade to run DP7
Hey all.... can someone tell me if i can upgrade my OS directly to 10.5.8 from 10.4.11? I want to upgrade to DP7 and the specs state that OS 10.5.8 is required. My Power Mac meets all other requirements. Thanks in advance, ejv
