Fixed!

Turned of the "X-Ray" feature under Global Options.
Works like a charm.

MSI works perfectly in Sonar 6, but when upgrading to 6.2, the plugin interface is now a gray box! :x [/b]

Sticky Notes Solved

Have you downloaded the latest version of MSI? http://www.motu.com/products/software/msi/version11.html The link says 1.1.1, but it's actually version 1.1.2. Hopefully that's the solution. Soundblaster is not the card for this level of audio, though i can't say that's exactly the problem. I don't kn...

Sticky Notes Solved

Yes, RAM is cheap now. Yes, more is better. I use MSI along with Reason, and who knows what else. I never know where I will end up (audio track wise) on a project. It's a small investment for what you get in return, Plakkie.

Good luck on the journey.

Sticky Notes Solved

System: Sonar 5 producer M-Audio PCI Sound Card 3.2 ghz intel processor 1gig ram recording @ 48/24 to an external 7200 rpm Maxtor (USB 2.0) The initial version of MSI was a nightmare. Hellish. After upgrading to MSI 1.1.1, it ran like butter except for the sticky notes. So far 1.1.2 is cool and the ...

Like many of you on PC, I had the sticky note thang. NERVE RACKING, right? Made worse by the fact that I could not get MSI to operate as a VST. Well, I just upgraded to 1.1.2 and WOO-HOO! No more Sticky Notes. During installation, I was continually prompted for a new VST. I clicked "yes" a...

MSI 1.1.1 - Notes Sticking in Sonar

Hello, all. Just installed 1.1.1 (previous versions didn't work for me) and I'm having a sticky note problem. If MIDI playback is stopped during a phrase all MSI notes stick, and I have to click my reset button.
Any Ideas?
Thanx!

version 1.1.1

The prevoous versions never worked.
This (1.1.1) works fine except for notes that stick if stop in mid playback.

MSI clearly untested 4the Real World

Purchased MSI from Guitar Center Saturday (2/4/06) for my PC. I••™m running XP Professional, with Sonar 3 Producer Edition on a 3ghz P4 machine and a gig of ram. Using an M Audio PCI sound card running at 24/48. My system normally runs like butter, honestly. My latest project included 30 tracks, eac...
