Re: What DP feature do you use in a different way?

...or just 'Merge' the soundbite. That will create a new file permanently processed with any Bite Gain, Pitch Correction, and Fades. ...but doesn't keep the soundbites separated which is the very point to export as omf. Radiogal, very good tip but how do you get rid of the score itself under the te...

Re: PSP MixPack2, now featuring MixSync2 for time-aligning

Labman And I am really psyched about the sync plug. Gonna be alot easier to deal with kits and multi positioned acoustic inst in same room. I've tried the demo and maybe I've missed something but I don't see anything in the sync plugin wich is not easily attainable with existing apple sample delay a...

Re: What audio interface do you use?

I was a motu 896 (original) user for many years but it has died in a (sunny?) afternoon, leaving me with nothing to record the next day's acoustic session with five musicians... I had to react quickly and I've chosen a rme fireface UC wich is an USB interface. I was reluctant because of the USB conn...

Re: Spectrum Analyzer

The best thing I've come across for this usage is GlissEQ from Voxengo. It's a good EQ (my go to EQ these days...) with a useful dynamic behaviour but it's also a well sized spectrum analyzer with a big plus : You can display the track you are tweaking on the analyzer AND up to 3 other tracks on thi...

Re: A few problems with DP6.02 and some possible bugs...

When creating a new "similar track" DP doesn't copy the original name to the new track like in the past. This really slows the process!!!
I've read somewhere that it is a new feature...

the main issue with multiband processors, when used in parallel with the dry signal, is their crossover network. If you want parallel processing with a multiband compressor, you must use one with linear phase crossover (and don't use them on an Aux in DP...). So, WaveArts and MWComp are out of the g...

And I think the same too.

So, the question is : which app could we use to convert a interleaved multichannel file into a split multi ?

So far I've tried (with no luck) with Barbabatch, AmadeusPro, QTPro.

multichannel file import ? (Solved)

Hi, I have a quad file and I can't find a way to import it in DP... I've been able to convert the original file in SDII (4 channels interleaved) with AmadeusPro (btw, a very cool app for some specials conversions). No way to import this file in DP. No way too with AIFF 4 ch, BWAV 4 ch, etc... Any id...
