Need advice on interface based on my setup

Hi there,
I got an old g4 800 wich Im gonna change for a single g5 1.6, dont want to expend more since the new intel based are comin or should I?
Not long ago i bought a digi 002 and ive been using protools le, I used to work with Digital Performer and I want to go back to it, since protools inst really good for MIDI sequencing.
MY question is:
whats the best interface for a g5 1.6 using DP 4.6 ?
Should i keep the digi 002?, was told that would work fine, or should i get a motu interface?..in that case...would it be better a pci based interface like the HD 192 since my computer isnt really that powerful or it doesnt matter?

While DP will work on the hardware you have, you can't use the control-surface to control DP. IMHO, if you aren't going to use ProTools, I'd sell the Digi002 and consider at least the MOTU 828mkII. You can always add a third-party control-surface.
