PCIe-424 and Windows 11

Is anybody successfully running a PCIe-424 card, perhaps with HD192 box or similar - on a Windows 11 platform?
I have an old PCI-424 working great on Windows 10, so I am assuming a PCIe-424 should work on Win 11, am I wrong?
