Re: NI Users—Native Access v2.7 is now available

Well more disappointment. Don't know why this happens on some systems with Native Access, but today I got prompted for admin login after launching Native Access. Looks like this is just something I'm going to have to learn to live with. I had high hopes when the Native Access update prompted me to install a new daemon/helper tool. Oh well. :surrender:

Each time it has done that to me, including today, it was to install an incremental update to Native Access.

Yeah... I updated Native Access yesterday to 3.1.0. That was when it asked for credentials to installer the new "helper tool." And I seemed like my problem was solved. It's not. Pretty much every time I launch Native Access, it says it's "installing dependencies" and asks me for my admin password. I'm just learning to live with this. Certain updaters ask me every single time anyway: XLN Online Installer as an example. Oh well... not a big deal.
