Ethno VST not shown in Cubase 4.1

Has anyone else had trouble getting Cubase 4.1 to recognize Ethno? I installed 1.0.1b2 and Cubase does indicate the first time that it is initializing the 2.x VST Ethno... but never shows it as an available plugin for Instruments or the Instrument Rack. Ethno runs fine standalone, platform is Win XP SP2.
