I just upgraded to the PCI 424 card in my G5 1.8 Dual Mac. My cubase sx software is freezing up on the boot up. It freezes on "Initializing VST Multitrack". Can anyone help me out? I have heard this is a sound card problem. I am using a 2408 mk1.

Im using the 424 with the 192 on Windows, so im not sure if this applies with Mac. But i had to configure my interface and drivers b4 i ran Nuendo. Which i did throught the Motu PCI audio console. Again not sure about this on Mac. hope this helps
