There are a number online audio to MIDI converters.

The VST3 version of Melodyne must be enabled in DP's Plugins Preferences, even if you are using the AU. ARA compatibility should follow. Audio menu>ARA.

I see the OP is on a Mac. They may be better off posting in the Mac troubleshooting section. Another possible solution if you are on DP11 might lie in the Articulation Map Output settings by adjusting the Note Length or Delay settings.

I use Find Any File to track down fragments of uninstalled programs. It may take a bit longer, and there is no automation involved, but one is in complete control of the process and you get a very clear map of where the files are installed. It can get annoying though when the OS keeps asking for you...

I always find it easier to see Audio Options by option-clicking the speaker in the menu bar.
