Is this happening in all DP Projects? Have you tried creating a new DP Project without any plug-ins or VI's active? Any difference?

It worked on a "per-track basis" for me. It opens the effects windows for any effects selected in the Mixing Board (on the same track). It doesn't seem that you can select effects from different tracks at the same time. At least, not as far as I can tell. Also, the key-command has the lett...

Don't mean to drift off-topic, but after reading this, why am I not using Window Sets?!? Completely forgot about them. I'm glad you had this experience because it inspires me to start introducing Window Sets into my workflow.
