I have a Yamaha SW1000 XG PCIe card sitting in the shelf. Hope I can use it this way.
But no drivers for Win 10 available.

Re: MIDI Configuration, What MIDI Configuration?
Did you upgrade to Win 10 or a fresh install?
Have a look at the device manager.
Delete whatever old MIDI devices etc that you are not using..

Re: DP 11 and Mac Studio Ultra underperforming?
You might be overloading one core in which too much audio is processed. May be you should Try processing the audio in two separate tracks. Say.. 3 plugins in one track send the audio to another track with the other 3 plugins, so more cores are used in the heavy lifting..-Just guessing this might wor...

Re: route MIDI from several tracks track to another MIDI track
One way is to export the selected MIDI tracks to type 0 and import in another track.
I have not tried in DP, but should work.

Free useful apps for mac.
I *almost* deleted you thinking you were spamming! Moving this to the "General Macintosh" forum. Also, your profile info says you're on Windows? Yes, I am on Windows. The PC is dead after 12 years of life. This coming year will get a mac. Was doing some search on YouTube for a suitable ma...

Re: MIDI Device to change patches on live stage
Thanks for all the replies. The setup is for Indian live band. They keep switching patches during intro/ bgm 1 or bgm 2 many times. After playing a strings phrase, they will switch to a bell or organ or flute and back to strings fast. 2 players with 2 or 3 keyboards each also require such a setup. G...

Re: MIDI Device to change patches on live stage
Thank you all very much.
Went through with all these including programmable guitar foot switches.
My friend needs more than 10 patch changes. Cannot be foot switches (or hard pressing).
He needs to see the soft buttons while playing.
Can anyone recognize the brand?
Regards.

Re: Dolby Atmos
Dolby Atmos will be popular in theaters or such big closed room avenues for some time. Less and less companies will be producing with Atmos. It is not possible to make user experience at every spot inside the theater, sound will be awkward for people sitting on the sides or front or rear. This techn...

If you still have dongle distance problem for blue tooth device, consider using an USB extension cable for the dongle.

Re: DP 11.22 is the crashiest app I have.
Computers tend to become unstable when many applications are installed, tested, removed. I have seen this when certain addicted people always install every VST demo released in the market and remove them later. (these people do not produce any music but spend a lot of time testing new VST for new so...
