I have found the solution (on Facebook). Here it is for the future reference:
Select the Clip in "Sequence" editor, Menu "Region", Menu item "Unpack Clips" which unpacks the clip.
Now the behaviour is the same as in DP9.

Re: MIDI beat mapping (round 2)
To add:
1. I want to keep the audible speed of music the same.
2. I want to snap MIDI notes — from my manually created "tempo click" MIDI track consisting of only single pitch — to the beats (or sub-beats if needed), so that the entire music after that adjusts to that new tempo (all tracks).

MIDI beat mapping (again...) DP11
Hello, I have yesterday installed DP11 demo version to see if I could switch to from LPX. My process is: Ableton Live (improvisations) --> LPX (clean up, beat mapping, time sign) --> notation software via music XML. LPX is messing upp things. Now I am trying to evaluate DP11, eventually buy. I am re...

Re: Dorico - An Ongoing Journey
I'd love it if someone created an unbiased comparison grid showing features amongst: Finale, Sibelius, Notion, Dorico, and MuseScore. Cell entries could include: NEVER, NO, NOT YET, BARELY, YES BUT PAINFUL, YES BUT CLUNKY/STUPID, YES, BEST-IN-CLASS Some substantial comparisons among these notation ...

Re: Performer Lite "throw away"?
Something similar is with Ableton Live. I have multiple Live Lite licenses I already "donated" to my friends and colleagues without problem, since I have Suite already for years, but I have got a lot of these licenses with various purchases. However, MOTU's competitive upgrade is not so &q...

Performer Lite "throw away"?
Is anyone willing to give away the unused license for Performer Lite? It would be great to start with DPL11...

Re: QuickScribe view
The "notation editor" is kind of a hidden feature that has gone untouched for many years. Select the track (one at a time), and type SHIFT-N There are arrows on the upper left that change the octave. It is a very limited kind of editor, and you are basically using it to edit notes & C...

QuickScribe view
Hello.
Is it possible to have QuickScribe in "scroll view" or "panorama", so to say, no page view?
Thanks.

Re: Dorico - An Ongoing Journey
I am now using Dorico Pro 2. Still really liking it. I do find that I spend a little more time inserting music than in Finale, but when I'm getting music ready to print, its 100x faster to get parts ready. And I never have to deal with the ridiculous amount of Finale bugs. This is especially import...

Re: "Transfer" a free improvisation into notation, need advi
Thank you all. All your inputs are wonderful. Then I would suggest you set your goal on being able to transcribe you improvisation from memory. Yes, perhaps. But it is more complex than I can remember exactly in order to write from the memory directly. Yes, some melodies I can remember perfectly, in...

Re: "Transfer" a free improvisation into notation, need advi
Wow, thank you. That is what I actually believed to be the path in my case as well. And I trust you since you have -- and have done so for over four decades -- more experience in that. Transcription allows refinement and development. A wonderful statement! I have always composed my music out of impr...
