I GOT IT TO WORK AGAIN!!

I ended up uninstalling it a second time a reinstalling it. It appears that I missed one of the files the first time I tried to do this so that explains why I was still having the issue even after I thought I had uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

I have an ilok that came with one of my other libraries. I don't remember which one but I didn't think that my EWQL libraries were using it as I had them prior to having the ilok. Is there a way to use that to get this to work?

That's what I'm running. Well, Kontakt 3.5 but I was running this prior to reformatting my hard drive. Nothing was changed. I still can't get it to activate. I haven't heard from NI via email yet. I'll have to call I guess

I'll try that. I emailed their tech support last night. Haven't heard back yet.
