It's been a weekend of re-applying to no avail.
I did also apply the most recent driver for the Ultralite. Still getting crashes.
All I can think of is that something must be different about the "new" 3.2.1 update.

Re: M53 update: v3.2.1
Many times.
Is there an order that I need to repair in? For example:
1. Boot computer
2. Repair Permissions
3. Reboot in Safe Mode (I read here that this was recommended)
4. Reboot as normal
5. Run DP
Does that look right?

Re: M53 update: v3.2.1
I mistakingly re-installed 3.2.1 thinking it was an update according to the date, and it has really messed up my system. Projects are crashing upon load that never used to crash. I wonder if it's now geared for Yosemite, as my buddy is able to load the same projects on his end that crash on my end. ...

Re: Reclaim Hard Drive Space after Install
Your numbers are close to mine.
But, I started at 76GB of space remaining yesterday, and now I'm down to 71GB. Somewhere, something is being stashed away little by little every time an install takes place; I'm just not sure what it is or where to look for it!

Re: Reclaim Hard Drive Space after Install
Yeah, I'm not sure either!
Trash is emptied.
I've been troubleshooting some upgrade crash-on-load issues, so I was running installers a lot...DP, Audio, MachFive...all of which seem to take up space each time they are run, rather than replace what was already there.

Reclaim Hard Drive Space after Install
Hello, I've been troubleshooting a problem all day which consisted of me re-installing DP8.06 and DP8.07 many, many times. Each time after installation, I noticed my hard drive disk space decreased; but, I can't find on my hard drive where all these extra installations are being stored so that I can...

Re: Reinstall DP8.06 from DP8.07
Found the prefs! Trashed them. They don't seem to be back though after reboot. I'm a bit lost on all the behind-the-scenes folders and whatnots of DP. Wish I knew because my projects are not opening with Mach5 installed. If I remove /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/MachFive3.component, which looks...

Re: Reinstall DP8.06 from DP8.07
I've managed to fully delete 8.07 via an AppCleaner. Re-installed 8.06. Boots up fine. But, loading certain projects in 8.06 still crash. They did not crash prior to loading 8.07. 8.07 is now gone. 8.06 is current. Error message says it's Mach5, but I've changed nothing with Mach5. Not sure why thin...

Re: MachFive 3.2.1 Causes Crash Upon Load
I have deleted 8.07 via AppCleaner, then re-installed 8.06 via the DP806Full.pkg (a friend fortunately had the package). However, the crashes still exist. Yes, 8.06 is loading...I see the version when DP first starts. Everything was fine and dandy prior to downloading 8.07. Now, I'm running 8.06 aga...

Re: Reinstall DP8.06 from DP8.07
Both the app and the dock are opening as 8.07.
I right click the app to get info, and the info says 8.07. Where is 8.06?! It said the installation was successful.
And, where are DP Preferences now stored? I don't see them in the Library>Preferences folder.

Reinstall DP8.06 from DP8.07
Hello, I upgraded to 8.07 from 8.06. Disaster! So, I reinstalled 8.06 from the Full.pkg file. I then repaired permissions. But, now when I open DP, 8.07 is still opening. How do I get 8.06 to open and be done with 8.07? If it's a matter of trashing preferences or deleting certain plists, please be d...

Re: MachFive 3.2.1 Causes Crash Upon Load
You could reapply the 8.06 installer instead of dragging the app. Have y9u deleted all the related plists? I don't have the 8.06 installer anymore. Unless it is housed somewhere that I don't know to look. Is it downloadable from MOTU? I have not deleted any plists. Not even sure where to look for t...

Re: MachFive 3.2.1 Causes Crash Upon Load
I've now tried opening projects in 8.06 (from a hard drive back up). Still getting the crashes. Everything was working perfectly prior to upgrading to 8.07. Looking back at my hard drive clone, it appears that I was already running 3.2.1. So...it has to be 8.07. Nothing else has changed except updat...

Re: MachFive 3.2.1 Causes Crash Upon Load
In these projects... are you bridging any 32-bit plug ins using jBridgeM or 32 Lives? I've had this happen to me when using MachFive with 32 Lives (and I think jBridgeM, although I don't use the latter much anymore). It usually crashes upon loading a project and the error says it was MachFive but i...
