F14 and F15 work for me. I've always used a full size keyboard, previously the older Apple (with a wire and no Chiclet keys which I hate). Now I have a Macally. Keep trying.
Maybe they need to be unassigned in Mac OS. I don't remember.

Re: Go Big or Go Home?
I did try gaming mode (which did improve but not eliminate mouse latency). I did a lot of troubleshooting before I threw in the towel. That is why I'm so confused. All these TVs have very similar specs and a wide range of price points. I wonder if there are some critical parameters that have to be s...

Re: Go Big or Go Home?
I don't understand this. I tried using a large TV monitor and slowed my system way down and I had to switch back. I wonder why it didn't work out for me. First I tried a 55" LG which was too big as it is right in front of me. Then I tried a 40" (Visio, TCL? I don't remember). It was great....

My experience is you cannot use F16 - F19. Maybe some 3rd party utility will allow this but I tried Karabiner and couldn't make it work.

Re: Buying DP now or wait?
They just said their focus was on improving v11. I interpret that to mean they are struggling with some of the features they want to include in v12, mostly likely the Dolby Atmos implementation. They do offer a grace period as someone said, I think six months. Are there features in v11 you need that...

Should you use a cleaner? What utilities do you use?
Should I use a "cleaner" program on my MBP? I don't have a problem with hard drive space. What utilities do you use that you consider essential? I'm using Steer Mouse, Carbon Copy Cloner, Google Drive, Google VPN. and Display Menu. Sometimes Macs Fan Control. Memory Clean 3 is installed bu...

Re: DP11.31 is now available
I'm having so many crashes to the point of calling it unstable. I probably had 10 crashes yesterday and already two this morning. Sometimes on routine activities such as freezing a track or changing a plugin setting.

I can see the selected track everywhere, ironically except in the DP mixer, and I can change the selected track anywhere and everything follows along.

Re: Solid state logic UC1 and DP
I'm bumping this thread. I spoke about the UC1 in the Softube Console 1 Mk 3 thread, but i'll discuss it here now. SSL just released the 360 Link plugin to host non-SSL plugins with SSL 360 and the UC1 (including UAD SSL, Brainworx SSL, Waves SSL, UAD API and any other plugin can be mapped as well)....

Re: DP11.31 is now available
Regret to say I'm having some crashes and some weird behavior. I'll have to document them but I can think of a couple off hand. Sometimes crashes when I move an insert. When I launch a project I have to go redetect the latency three times for every hardware insert before it syncs up. I need to mute ...

Re: Softube Console 1 MK3 Released
Sorry, I can't say. I haven't been using the 4000 strip cause I'm selling it with my Mk 2 (which I never really used much so I don't have it on any of my old projects). Sounds like a nightmare. If I find some time, I'll try it out and let you know.
